Just a short note to tell you how much I enjoy using your natural soaps. I have very dry skin and especially like the Mountain Meadows bar. I have also given away your soaps and butters as gifts to friends and family to rave reviews. Last July, I stocked up while visiting both your Banff and Canmore stores. I must also compliment you on your great mail order service. Everything comes so very nicely wrapped and the card and gift you include are such a nice touch.

Upon opening the courier package I not only found my purchase wrapped in tissue but also a little gift from yourself. Most importantly though, I also received a personalized card thanking me for my purchase.
I am a Marketing Director for a retail centre in Calgary. The feeling you gave me when I opened my package is the exact feeling I strive to give to my customers when they visit my centre. I wanted to let you know how I first heard about your products which then lead me to buying some and then ordering them online. We were on holiday in the Rocky Mountains and we stayed at the Ptarmigan Hotel in Banff. Some of your Mountain Meadows soap was complimentary in the bathroom. I used it and loved it so then went seeking your shop out. (So the business idea works!!) I looked in the shop in Banff but then actually bought my first products at your shop in the West Edmonton Mall when we were staying there. I love your products and if it wasn't so expensive to ship them across to the UK I'd have a continuous supply. Alas it will just have to be an occasional treat! (unless your thinking of opening a store in the Manchester area in the UK?!!) I will be asking any friends of mine holidaying in Canada to bring some of your products back for me when they visit though! Wow......great service on your web products. We ordered on Saturday Night, and had the goods on Friday. We ordered 2 belly butters and 3 lip butters. The box arrived in a very neat Rocky mountain box, and inside was a personalized card saying thank you for the order and enclosed is a free gift for you, a free Baby Bear soap, not expected. To eat or wash – that is the question
"I just had to tell you how much I LOVE your products and how well they work. I don’t know how much money I spent trying to find something to keep my feet from drying and cracking in the winter. Last winter, using your Foot Butter, I actually had a dermatologist compliment me when he did some surgery on one of my toes. He wanted to know how I managed to keep my skin so soft and callus-free especially around the edges of my heels. Naturally I just couldn’t resist showing him your products! There’s a person who spends his career recommending $100.00 creams to women – most of which don’t work.
I have tried several of the soaps and love them all. However, for the past month I have been waking up to the vibrant fragrance of liquorice – I don’t know whether to eat that bar or wash with it! It smells so delicious!
I was very pleased to look at the photographs of the factory that you have on your website, and all the people at work – it makes your products seem even more hand-made with love – obviously everyone enjoys their job!
If I had one wish it would be that the soap bars had rounded corners, as they are always difficult to handle when they’re new. But I guess shaving off the corners would create a lot of waste. Of course, I could always shave them off myself and eat the pieces…..
Keep up the good work, and if you can keep the prices where they are now it would be great. Yours are the first luxury products I’ve found that are possible to have on my income, and that I don’t regret buying – they always work. None of them have yet ended up sitting in humiliation on that dark shelf that we all have in our bathrooms where we keep the evidence of our purchasing mistakes.
And now when I’m invited to a shower or birthday party I don’t even have to think twice about what to give as a gift!"

Hi everyone at Rocky Mountain Soap!
I just wanted to send a quick email to let you all know how wonderful I think your products are. I was a member of the WestJet group that visited your factory at the end of May. I purchased a number of products, but the two that really stand out are the “sleep” herbal spray and the body butter.
Since using the sleep herbal spray on my pillow I have slept like a baby. I find it hard to believe myself, but this stuff really works. Before using it I would wake up at least 2 – 3 times during the night. Without a word of a lie, I now sleep to my alarm goes off! This stuff is fantastic!!
Also, I started using the body butter on my cracked heels. I stared using it around May 30 (date of email was June 10) and I can really see a difference. My heels are no longer cracking – just in time for sandal weather – if we ever get it this year here in
