An uplifting and rejuvenating water treatment to soothe muscular aches and pains associated with exercise, injuries or chronic conditions. This treatment is very beneficial for those who are physically active and ideal for those who spend a lot of time on their feet. A muscle soothing combination of epsom salts, coarse sea salts, along side sweet marjoram and lemongrass essential oils.
Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate), coarse sea salt, sweet marjoram (origanum marjorama), rosemary (rosemarinus officinalis), and lemongrass (cymbopogon citrates) essential oils.
Pour ½ cup of salts into bath and swirl water until salts are dissolved. Drink plenty of water before and during a bath to cleanse the skin and maintain hydration of the body. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Use hot water bath treatments with caution if suffering from high blood pressure, heart or kidney conditions.
