Mist this gentle blend of essential oils on your sheets and pillow and enjoy a restful sleep. This unique recipe uses marjoram rather than lavender as its key ingredient because marjoram is known to be more effective than lavender to induce sleepiness. Distilled water, alcohol, glycerin, and witch hazel (hamamelis virginiana), with essential oils of bergamot (citrus aurantium bergamia), marjoram (thymus mastichina) and juniper berrry (juniperus communis).
Shake well to emulsify. To help lull you to sleep, mist linens before retiring. To use as a body mist, hold bottle about six inches away and mist once or twice your body.
