Directions for use: Add salts to hot bath and swish to dissolve. Drink plenty of water before and during your bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes, but no more than 30 minutes total. Dry brush or rub body with a cold water soaked washcloth. NOTE: Baths should be taken on a daily basis during a detox program and on a weekly basis post detox.
