sunflower seed oil (Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil), grain alcohol (alcohol), essential oils of bergamot (citrus bergamia), grapefruit ( citrus paradisi), clary sage (salvia sclarea), geranium (pelargonium graveolens), and sweet basil (ocimum basilicum) and Vitamin E (tocopherol).
Shake well and apply to lower back, lower abdomen and behind knees. May also be inhaled. Use with caution during pregnancy. Avoid contact with eyes. External use only.
This is the most amazing product I have ever used! I have had 'monthly' issues for years and have tried just about everything but this by far is the best! It works! It just brings about a calmness and feeling of well-being... feels like you are at a spa all the time! I will continue to use this...good enough to use on any day when you're needing some 'balance'.
