Rich in vitamins E and D, sweet almond oil is simple, pure and moisturizing. Great for keeping your hair and skin nourished, or as a base for your own essential oil blends. You can even use food grade sweet almond oil in cooking to promote lower cholesterol and a healthier heart. Be careful not to get mixed up with bitter almond oil though as this can be poisonous due to low levels of hydrogen cyanide. Stick with the sweet almond oil and everything will be sweet!
