Let us introduce you to Wild Kindness Shampoo and Conditioner.

Why did we name it that? Well, our new shampoo and conditioner will be filled with only natural, good-for-you, kind for your hair ingredients. The recipes are also made with the purpose of being everything you want in natural hair care - think wind through your hair, running down a beach, freshly washed hair. It's your great hair day in a bottle.

We've created this page to let you know where we are at, what's happening and what we're up to!

Our Hair Care Progression

JULY 11th: We are ready to go... Well almost!

• Our Wild Kindness Conditioners are available online and in stores. While supplies last, but don't worry we are continually making more, here at the workshop!
• Our Nourish and Protect Shampoo is available online and in stores. While supplies last, but don't worry we are continually making more, here at the workshop!
• Our Volumize and Clarify Shampoo is available online and in stores. While supplies last, but don't worry we are continually making more, here at the workshop!
• Our Repair and Replenish Shampoo is still being finalized and we will be making more in the week to come. It should be available for purchase in a week if things go as planned. 
• Our Kids Shampoo is waiting on an ingredient to complete our Root Beer scent. In the meantime, we recommend using the Unscented Nourish and Protect Shampoo. Did you know that all of our shampoos are tear free? Read more FAQs. 

Please note that our vendors across the country are not stocked with our new hair care line quite yet. We are waiting to deliver the complete new line to our vendors. Once our Repair and Replenish Shampoo is ready, we will announce it here and share when you can expect the new line to be available on our vendors' shelves.

JULY 5th: The labels are here! We are also in the middle of making the Nourish and Protect Shampoo. 

As of now, this is where we are at:

• Our Wild Kindness Conditioners are labelled, boxed and basically ready to go. 
• Our Nourish and Protect Shampoo is in the middle of being produced (and hopefully that will be completed in the next few days). After that, it will be poured, labelled and ready to ship to stores. 
• The Volumize and Clarify Shampoo production has been completed. At this point, we are bottling before labeling. From there it will be ready to ship. 
• Our Repair and Replenish Shampoo has yet to be trialed, but hopefully will be soon.

JUNE 26th: Did you know- for every new product we create in the lab, we then carry out production trials before producing on a larger scale? The tools we use in the lab are a lot different than the huge machines we use in production, so things don't always go as planned and ingredients can react differently once combined on a larger scale.

We've been fast-tracking our production process to get hair care out but it’s proving to be a longer labour than we anticipated. Today we completed a successful production trial of our Nourish and Protect Shampoo. The team has thumbs up to scale up! This is exciting!

As of now, this is where we are at:

• Our Wild Kindness Conditioners both Scent Free and Hydrate and Smooth is completely made and we are in the middle of pouring it into both available sizes (240mL and 500mL). We are currently waiting on labels and then it will ship to stores.
• Our Nourish and Protect Shampoo is in the middle of production trials and so far, so good. Once we confirm the process we will make more of both the scented and scent free versions. After this, we will bottle, label and ship to stores.
• Our Volumize and Clarify Shampoo has been successful in its production trial. At this point, we need to make more, bottle, label and ship to stores.
• Our Repair and Replenish Shampoo has not yet been trialed, but hopefully will be soon.

MAY 21st: Over the last few months, our product development team has been working day and night to finalize an amazing new formula, using the latest natural plant-based hair care science and technology that will make your hair happy and healthy. Everyone at Rocky has been washing their hair a lot to make sure our new hair care line is perfect for different hair types. It has been a whole team effort to test different natural ingredients to get it right (and that means some good and some bad hair days).

At Rocky, we are always creating and have been working on the latest innovation in hair care for some time. Over the last few months our team has been working day and night to finalize an amazing new formula, using the latest natural plant-based hair care science so it is healthy and kind to your hair.

Shampoo Based on Hair Type

Did we mention that the new recipe will be based on hair type? We are giving you everything you crave with shampoo that is great for your hair whether you need some moisture, just want a natural cleanse or are craving a volume boost, not to mention there is something coming to keep the kids happy too!

What Shampoos are we offering?

• Wild Kindness Shampoo - Nourish & Protect: Our normal blend shampoo is for those that have generally healthy hair. This is hair that has no major concerns, has been excessively heat styled, or exposed to the elements. This formula will leave hair light, soft and clean. It smells like Rosemary Mint!
• Wild Kindness Shampoo - Scent Free: This has the same formula as Nourish & Protect, but without an additional scent. No scent here!
• Wild Kindness Shampoo- Repair & Replenish: Our blend for dry or damaged hair tends to the needs of those that colour treat, use heat, and are out in the pool, the wind or the sun. This shampoo smells like Lavender Lime!
• Wild Kindness Shampoo- Volumize & Clarify: Our blend for hair that needs a volume boost. Locks that are fine, limp or thin, or weighed down by oil or build-up will benefit from this blend. This smells like Vanilla Coconut!

What about the Conditioners?

• Wild Kindness Conditioner - Hydrate & Smooth: This is our ultimate conditioner. It will hydrate, smooth and moisturize your hair. It is the conditioner you've been craving. This formula is available in both Blood Orange Blossom and Scent Free.

My favourite scent isn't there anymore?

We understand that you might be a little disappointed without your favourite scent. We have formulated our new hair care line with amazing new scents like Lavender Lime and Blood Orange Blossom. We are excited for you to try and love them.

What Is So Exciting About Our New Hair Care?

Our new hair care line uses only simple natural ingredients. It also features mostly products that are ten ingredients or less. We haven't been able to find another hair care line that has this few ingredients on the market.

By choosing to use a less is more philosophy we can guarantee that every single ingredient serves a purpose and there are absolutely no fillers. Choosing ingredients that are natural and good for you is at the core of what we do. We are excited for you to experience this one of a kind natural hair care.

We will continue to produce & sell the popular Natural Shampoo Bar.

Everything We Believe In

We use natural, good for you and good for the environment ingredients. This hair care line will make your hair happy and healthy, but we also know that you wash it out of your hair after. We believe that all the ingredients should be safe to go back into the environment and that is what we have created - a simple natural product that doesn't put anything harmful back into the world.

When Can We Expect It?

May 21st Update: Currently, we anticipate that Wild Kindness Shampoo and Conditioner line will be available at the end of June 2019.

June 21st Update: Due to the production volume we are making, we anticipate our new Wild Kindness Hair Care to launch this summer. Check the progress bar above to see where we are at!
