How it works:
Order your favourite Rocky product. Choose how often your provision gets delivered - every month, every 3 months, every 6 months.

With every Replenishment order, we’ll include a free Feature Product of the Month, a 100% natural product made in a small batch. Usually, this is a new bar of natural soap, sometimes we come up with something different! Either way, the product will always be a full size with a minimum value of $5.95 CAD.

How to manage your order:
We’ll send you an email reminder 3 days before your order ships so you can login and make any updates you need - pause, cancel or add items to your order. You can make any changes right up to 24 hours before your order ships. If you don’t do anything, we’ll ship it as usual.

1) What is Rocky Replenishment?

The Rocky Replenishment program is an online subscription service that helps you keep one more thing off your to-do list. We’ll automatically send you the products that you love and use often like day cream, soap bars, deodorant, body lotions, eye cream, facial toners,shampoo and more . You choose the product and how often it should come. As a bonus, we’ll include the monthly Feature Product in your order for free!

You always have complete control over your deliveries and will receive pre-shipment emails before we ship the order. You can change your delivery frequency and quantity in the 'My Subscriptions' link in your subscription started email. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date. You can cancel at any time. Standard shipping fees apply.

2) How do I order my Rocky Replenishment?

Go to product page on rockymountainsoap.com. Eligible products will show a Rocky Replenishment option that looks like this:

This is where you choose the order frequency. Once you check out, you’ll initiate your first order and the Replenishment order will be put in the queue to be delivered to you at the next interval you specified.

Products that are not eligible for re-order are: Gift sets, feature products, seasonal products, third-party products like Natural Soy lights Candles and Spa Relaxus products.

3) What will happen after I place my order? When will I get charged?
After you check out to initiate your first order, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access 'Rocky Replenishment', where you can manage subscriptions and future orders. You can access the 'Rocky Replenishment' tab at any time by logging in at rockymountainsoap.com at the top of the website.

You’ll only be billed on the day the order is shipped. Standard shipping rates will apply unless your order totals $75 or more and qualifies for free shipping.

4) How do I make changes to my Rocky Replenishment order or account? You’re in control. This whole program is meant to help make life more convenient for you. Log in at the top of the rockymountainsoap.com at any time to change your next order date, pause your replenishment, change your frequency or cancel it all together.

Here you can also update your shipping, billing and payment information. Changes may take 24 hours to be applied.

5) What is the difference between the 'My Next Order' and 'My Subscription' tabs?

The 'My Next Order' tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Rocky Replenishment if the items have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.

In contrast, the 'My Subscriptions' tab displays individual items and all associated details for that individual subscription. This includes the next order date, delivery frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address, payment information, and email reminder timing.

All subscriptions will be charged to your default card once they ship.

6) What type of payment method do you accept? Can I use a gift card? Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift cards or debit as a form of payment for Replenishment orders. We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Master Card (American Express and Discover available through PayPal) using our secure check out.

7) What if I’m unhappy with my product? How would returns work?

Before you sign up to a recurring order of a product, we recommend you trying the product first to see if like it! In the event your Replenishment order arrives to you in less than satisfactory condition, our 100% money back guarantee is always in effect.
