How Does Our Deodorant Work?

Our roll-on Natural Deodorants are made using Potassium Alum, a naturally occurring and odour-inhibiting salt. It has been crushed and suspended in liquid form and blended therapeutic essential oils to provide you the freshest underarms.

The molecules of Potassium Alum are too large to pass through pores and into the bloodstream, so they don’t actually absorb into your body. Instead, they inhibit the growth of the bacteria that causes body odour by adjusting the pH of the skin’s surface and creating an environment where bacteria cannot grow. It applies wet to the skin, and provides a protective, undetectable layer upon drying.

Our natural Cream Deodorant uses kaolin clay and arrowroot powder to soak up excess moisture, while magnesium hydroxide helps to stave off odour-producing bacteria. The combination of these ingredients provide long-lasting protection and a dry, fresh finish, while essential oils leave you with a subtle and pleasant scent.
