Beware of bright colors!

All the bath bombs are lovely however they are huge and any bomb in a bright color like this will leave colored scum on your tub and also dyed my bath pillow and light grey towel pink. Not sure how much oily residue was left on my body but I made sure to wear dark clothing after bathing

Arrived broken

I ordered five bath bombs, two of this one and one arrived broken and crumbled in the box. I reached out to customer service about the broken bath bomb and then thought I only ordered one and they had replaced the broken one so emailed again thanking them for being thoughtful and including a replacement. After that I checked my order and realized that it wasn’t a replacement and I’d ordered two but it didn’t matter because all my emails were ignored any way. Not sure I’ll shop here again.

I had left a review earlier because I thought my emails to support re: a broken bomb I received were being ignored but turns out my emails were being eaten by the void because Kevin from RMS reached out to me within minutes of my review to make it right. It was my mistake to assume no one was answering me instead if considering that sometimes emails just don’t make it to where they are supposed to go. Kevin has gone over and above to make up for my broken bomb and I couldn’t be happier I do love RMS it’s the only shampoo I’ve found that I love and my stylist says I have the healthiest hair she’s ever seen so my previous review was heartbreaking for me- however now my spirits are lifted I was not ignored and now that I know how much RMS cares I will buy from here forever ☺️☺️ so grateful thank you so much

Relaxing and great smell

Smells nice but leaves a mess

It smells really nice, the color is pretty and it leaves your skin soft but you have to rinse yourself off after because all the little flower bits stick to your skin.
