Lemongrass Cream Deodorant

Listen, I have been using holistic/clean deodorants for well over 15 years. I have tried too many to list. When my sister brought back some Rocky soaps at the top of summer and I found out they were at Sherway, I was elated and most excited to try this cream lemongrass deodorant. Ingredients sounded wonderful and happy about no baking soda which in most formulas causes red irritation to my underarm skin. I went to the store and the sales lady was a doll. This is the second most expensive holistic deodorant I've ever bought and it also promised not to leave marks on the clothes. While it does not leave huge white streaks, there is some marks, but I found spraying water on it and rubbing the fabric helps it to go away. My skin does feel really good with it on and absolutely no irritation or redness!! Yet, it only lasts an hour or two before I begin to smell!! Not acceptable for me. I'm very diligent that my clothes are freshly laundered, my underarms are shaved, that I apply a generous amount after I shower and that I am wearing natural fabric tops (no polyester or other such fabrics). I tried giving it a few chances, but after this morning's shower and putting on a fresh new dress, I noticed I smelled in less than 2 hours. I reapplied, but I smell. It's not to the point where it is an offensive smell to those around me, but it is offensive to me!!! I'm not sure what their return policy is, but I will try to take it back. At $27 I expect more. So sad this was not a winner for me. Otherwise very lovely products from what I have tried and sampled thus far. Very clean and appreciate it's a Canadian company, products are produced here and that they source Canadian products when they can. Love the scent and able to use as all over body as needed.

I love this moisturizer! Been using it for at least 10 years. My skin has become drier as I age, and the product still works wonders!

I do love this product. It works better than most other natural deodorants that I’ve tried. The lemongrass smells great and it keeps me fairly dry and odourless for quite a few hours. Plus it leaves my armpits soft and moisturized.

Why didn't I get this sooner. Solves all my issues.

Been using for a few months now. I like it so much I bought some for my sister to try!

I like the texture of this product and it hasn’t caused a rash or irritation after about a week of use, like other ones with baking soda I’ve tried. It might be tricky to use in summer when using it outside of your house as it might become too runny. This one smells quite medicinal so I’m not sure if it’s the scent for me. Overall, I’m glad I’m trying this but would like to try the other scents to see if there’s a better match for me (unfortunately I don’t live near a store)

I like the product, I can smell the deodorant throughout the day so it seems to last. It does separate though, and has oil on the top when I open it. Ive only used it a few times.

Works really well! Lasts through my morning work out and could reapply once during the day! If you weren’t working out you wouldn’t need to reapply all day.

I am very pleased with it. I ordered another for my daughter and she loves it. She says it is one of the best she has used, and we have been looking for a while. It truly keeps her arm pits from smelling.

I love the Lemongrass scent. It’s easy to apply and keeps you fresh all day. I will be buying this product again.

I like using the cream deodorant because it doesn't stain my clothes.

Just started using this last week and love the smell! Much preferred over the rolling deodorant as it seems to last much longer

This is such an effective product. I have used everything from old fashioned sprays to roll ons to crystals. This product takes care of me and my clothes, and ensures that I don't have to wash a shirt with each wearing.

I heard they were going eventually get rid of it because you have to put it on your fingers then on your armpits.
Please never stop making this amazing product. For years I have always had sweaty armpits, since I started using this product for 7 years now. NO MORE SWEATY ARMPITS! All my worries went away.

It’s a change from your typical roll on but the results are amazing. Not going back.

I have been using non aluminum deodorant for years now. This is my first cream-clay based deodorant. I absolutely love it. It has a smooth texture, not greasy, takes no time to dry "flap around like a chicken", it is not sticky. Application with fingers, start with small amount. I lift boxes and get sweaty and figured out how much to apply after a few attempts. I love the lemon grass smell. I now have on auto order.

Smell is very strong. Didn't care for the product.

Very happy with it. Last time I tried the vanilla sage but it didn't seem to work as well.
