I purchased this item online as a gift to be delivered to the recipient directly. I was notified by Rocky that the shipper let them know one of the items was broken and asked how I wanted to proceed. The one item was delivered and a second full order was prepared and sent out within a few days with an extra soap for the inconvenience. The customer service department was very helpful and responsive. I will continue to use this company for their lovely products for myself and my family and friends. My friend who received the items loved them!!

This was bought as a gift for a friend’s 75th birthday. The first delivery had a damaged item, identified by the shipper who notified Rocky Mountain. I was contacted & informed. A second shipment was sent out immediately with the full order and an extra unordered item as a courtesy for the delayed delivery. My friend loves the product and says that it smells wonderful. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again, as I have in the past. The products are authentically Canadian and customer service was fantastic.

Love the smell which is so unique

Grove soap is a beautiful hand soap.The lather is luxurious and the fragrance is beautiful. Uplifting aromatic scent. Loved using the scrub with it for an extra feeling of cleanliness. I think it will be much appreciated during gardening season.

Amazing smell

I am washing my hands way more than I really need to just as an excuse to enjoy this amazing pair of products. The soap feels so nice - you can feel the moisturizing oils in it - and the lotion is great. It’s really helped with my dry winter hands. I will 100% buy this again and again, for my home and as a gift. Cannot emphasize enough how incredible it smells

My parents have this duo and I've pretty well cleaned out their bottles as I visit them a lot. The smell is absolutely beautiful- earthy and well balanced. The soap is non drying and lathers amazingly. The cream is wonderful for after washing, revives and rejuvenates your soul.

While the lotion is nice the Balsam Fir&Cedarwood scent is very very strong. I ordered the products online and was unable to smell them in person. I would not repurchase this scent. I would try a different scent

The smell is exactly as I had hoped, woodsy yet sophisticated. The handwash does not dry my hands out, and the lotion goes a very long way! I use an amount about half the size of a pea and its enough for both hands and wrists. LOVE!
