1 cup heavy cream 3 cups low fat milk 1/2 cup rum 1/2 cup bourbon 3 tablespoons unsulfured molasses 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for serving 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves Whipped cream, for serving
Place all ingredients, except the whipped cream into a blender. Blend well on high speed until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Divide the eggnog into 6 to 8 glasses. Top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Serve with a smile!
