Hi Friends, 

We are at maximum capacity operationally, and as a result, we have a pause on workshop tours until further notice. We are so grateful for all of the support, and we will always do everything we can to offer amazing products and services. Thank you for your understanding. We hope to see you soon :)

Join us for a tour of our Canmore Workshop. You’ll see how we make our 100% natural products, start to finish, and get the chance to tour our different departments to learn about all the different aspects of our business. You will also receive a $20 gift card with an adult ticket, or a $5 gift card with a child ticket to purchase your favourite products online or in-store. We look forward to seeing you there!

Please note, our production facility is not operational on weekends & some holidays. Tickets must be purchased in advance and can be booked through the ticket form below.

What you need to know:

 

  • Our Tours begin promptly at their designated start time and last approximately 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the size of the group.

  • Parking can be a little tricky on weekdays in the area so please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour to ensure you can secure a spot. Please note, extra parking can be found outside 111 Bow Meadows Crescent.

  • We meet in the parking lot of 106 Bow Meadows Crescent, Canmore AB, T1W 2W9 (Click here for map view)

  • We suggest wearing comfortable shoes as you will be on your feet and walking between buildings throughout the tour.

  • A section of the tour is outside so please bring weather appropriate clothing (raincoats, umbrellas etc).

  • We do recommend that if you are bringing an infant, your best option may be to carry him/her as it can be difficult to navigate a stroller around some areas of the building.

  • Our tour is fully wheelchair accessible. Please contact us at least one day prior to your tour if you have needs that we can address (wheelchair access, special occasion etc.) and we will do our best to accommodate.  Call us on 1-877-229-7627 ext. 0, or send an email to info@rockymountainsoap.com).  Please note, calls and emails are not monitored on weekends.

Refunds and date changes are accepted up until one day before the tour. Please contact info@rockymountainsoap.com if you require a refund or your booking moved to a different date.
