Pumpkin Hair Mask

Pumpkin in your hair helps to promote hair regrowth and offers deep conditioning.

What you'll need:

½ cup fresh or canned pumpkin puree
¼ cup of natural plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey

Directions:

Combine the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Apply the mask through your entire hair (all the way from the roots to your tips.) Put on a shower cap and leave on for about 30 minutes. Rinse off well and towel dry.

Pumpkin Face Mask

Antioxidants in pumpkin helps promote cell turnover, leading to glowing and brightened skin. It also soothes and hydrates dry, itchy skin.

What you'll need:

¼ cup fresh or canned pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin seed oil
Splash of cream or milk of choice

Directions:

Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor. Apply the mask to your face with your fingers or a foundation brush and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off the mask with water and gently pat dry.
