Take a long soak in the tub - you’ve earned it. Let the epsom salts soothe your tired muscles by relieving lactic acid, while Pink Himalayan and Sea Salts deeply cleanse the skin. The blend of Sweet Marjoram, Rosemary and Wintergreen Oils have pain relieving properties to help you bounce back after a long, active day. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

- Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salt)
- Sodium Chloride (Pink Himalayan and Sea Salt)
- Origanum Marjorana (Sweet Marjoram) Leaf Oil
- Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil
- Gaultheria Procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf Oil
- Cymbopogon Citratus (Lemongrass) Leaf Oil.
- Pour 100g of salts into a hot bath and swirl water until salts are dissolved. Drink plenty of water before and during a bath to cleanse the skin and maintain hydration of the body. Soak in bath for 20-30 minutes or as desired. Note that with any hot salts bath, you may feel tired or lightheaded when you get out so best to do before bed.
