Wild and Free - wouldn't you like to be.
There are so many ways that you can think about being wild and being free. In some ways they contradict each other, in others, they are the perfect pairing - yin and yang. But, being wild and free is healthy for you. This concept is all about getting out of your comfort zone, shedding those things that are holding you down and just going with your inhibitions. We promise, being wild and free will make you happy.
There is a famous quote out there that says you should do something that scares you every single day. So, why not? This could be as easy as going to that fitness class you've been spying on or going skydiving. Maybe it is striking up a conversation with someone you've never met, or going skinny dipping.
Whatever it is, go out and find something that scares you.
When were we told that we had to grow up? Now, we're not saying forget about your bills and stop going to work… but when did play become a thing of the past? Jumping on your bike, grabbing a hula hoop or going to the trampoline park, all of these things are carefree and a little bit wild. So, embrace your inner child a little more often.
It might be a wild thought to decide to dream big. You might be content in your life, but are you free? When you think about your life, your goals and the things you want to do, dream big. Remember back in elementary school when teachers put up those signs that say "Aim for the moon. If you miss, you'll land among the stars." Be wild and courageous and free, it will pay off.
Even the small things can make you feel free. Walk through your life and enjoy every moment. It is freeing to live in the here and now, instead of in the future or the past. When you enjoy the time spent with loved ones, the memories you are making and your everyday routine, life gets a little more free.

What?! Is this even possible! Yes, of course, it is. This concept may make others around you feel like you are totally wild and free. But, since when did our decisions dictate everything? Since when were we afraid to change our mind? Go ahead, be wild and free. Change your mind, choose a different path, make a new decision, and don't let others stand in your way or tell you what to do.
Maybe the simplest way to be wild and free - just be you. Do whatever you want and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Take that trip, write that book, change careers, go skinny dipping, enjoy your life, drink that extra shot coffee, learn to grow kombucha… whatever it is, do whatever you want. You are good enough.
