We know it’s a strange time, but if you're looking for your natural fix, here's all you need to know about how you can shop with Rocky! Some stores have multiple ways to help you out while following provincial regulations, like Curbside and In Store Pick Up, 

How does Curbside Pick Up work?
With Curbside Pick Up, we’ll do the shopping for you. Call your fave Rocky store and let your Rocky advisor know which goodies you need. We’ll let you know over the phone where and when you can pick your products. The product advisor may ask you to describe your vehicle so we know who to look for. Your payment will be collected over the phone via credit card, so that once your order is ready for pick up, all you need to do is get excited! When you arrive at the designated area at the correct time, call the store and we’ll come out and deliver your Rocky goodies right to the trunk of your car.

How will I know where and when to collect my order? 
Your Rocky advisor will give you a specific time frame and location to collect your order.

How will you know it’s me? 
We’ll have a description of your vehicle from our phone conversation, and come to meet you at the designated pick up location.

How will I know it’s you? 
By our sharp Rocky apron and our wonderfully scented package of all-natural goodies we’re carrying out to you!

I don’t want to call, can I email you? 
Yes, that’s no problem! Send us an email with your order and a number to call you back. We’ll have to get you on the line to process your payment and it would be easiest to confirm the pick up time and location with you over the phone.

What about In Store Pick Up? 
The ordering process is nearly identical to with Curbside Pick Up, except that you’re order will be ready for you at the retail location. You won’t need to wait in line, one of our Rock Stars will confirm your order receipt, give you your goodies and you’ll be on your way!

I don’t have a credit card, can I still use Curbside or In Store Pick Up? Unfortunately we can only process orders over the phone with a valid credit card.
