Returns accepted for any reason.

Refunds: Refunds are usually processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. In-store returns without a receipt are refunded to the original payment method where possible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for orders that arrive damaged or defective.

I love the natural smell and ingredients. I got this at our hotel in Banff, Alberta CA and went to the shop in banff to ship some home! The lemongrass scent does not bother my eczema. I love the oat part of the lotion too and a little goes a long way. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because it’s a little on the pricey side, but they are local Canadians, small business and all organic which is how I justify the price. Love supporting small and local businesses!

Like all things nature inspired scents and it is a natural small ingredient list of useful oat lotion! The usefulness exceeds the small cost! I would like like more stronger jasmine stronger orange scented lotions to be added to collection because some of lotions smell too man or baking if spicey or woodsy! Like the scent of lime shampoo so please consider creating more lotion fresh floral scented lotions.
