Trick or treat?! It might not be Halloween but pumpkin is definitely a treat for the skin.  Packed with antioxidants, pumpkin helps to boost collagen levels and neutralize free radicals caused by environmental toxins.  High levels of beta-carotene give pumpkins their vibrant orange colour and aid cell turnover for healthy skin.  Get your glow on as beta-carotene also converts into vitamin A, or retinol, creating luminous skin.  Not only that but pumpkin is a great natural alternative to chemical peels as it is full of fruit enzymes and alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs).  These gently exfoliate the skin to add to that youthful glow.
