Feels like self love

Use of GuaSha

I purchased a Gua Sha from one of your stores a while back. I was about to order one for a friend when I watched your “How to use” videos. In one video the woman says it’s important to only use an upward motion on your face, while another video is using a downward motion on the cheeks and sideways motion on the forehead. Which is correct? I am fan of your products and order online from Ontario. I also enjoy visiting your stores in Calgary as I often visit family there.

Thank you for your review and or your support! We recommend the upward motion because it can enourage that 'natural face lift' effect. Pulling the skin upward or to the side can encourage that taut, youthful glow! In the video, Karina is using a downward motion just for her jaw because she clenches it so she is using the Gua Sha for muscle release, in this case she starts and the knot and moves the Gua Sha to where she feels the release.
