We’ll add the finishing touches to your gift by packing the products in your order into a gift box made with FSC-approved paper, lined with tissue, and tied with handmade sustainable ribbon.
Here’s how it works:
Gift box:
We will choose the size of your gift box depending on the number and size of the products in your order. All of our gift boxes are FSC-certified. Please note that the box colour may vary.
Sustainable ribbon:
We wrap your gift box with a beautiful ribbon. We partner with a Canadian company that sources this sustainable ribbon which is made from scraps produced by the textile industry, providing a second life to discarded textile off-cuts, rather than sending them to landfills. Please note that each ribbon is unique so the colour may vary.
Handwritten note:
To add an optional handwritten gift note to your order, look for the checkbox in your online cart and type in the message you’d like to include.

Please note that our pre-made gift sets are already boxed and will not be gift-wrapped.
Gift boxes cannot be purchased individually without product.

We love what we make and we think you will too. But we get it—every now and then you might come across a product that just isn’t for you. That’s why we offer worry-free returns and exchanges.
If it’s not working out, bring it back to any of our stores and we’ll happily refund it or help you swap it for something else. No receipt needed, and it’s okay if it’s been used (we actually hope you gave it a try!).
All we ask is that you share your honest feedback. It helps us learn and grow.
