We love keeping things local. We’ve partnered with Milk Jar—a Calgary-based candle company from our home province of Alberta—to create a custom coconut wax candle collection. Plant-based and clean-burning, these candles feature aromatic essential oils and a crackling wooden wick, offering a smooth, even burn—crafted to bring comfort, ambiance, and a moment of pause to your everyday.

Our candle boxes are made with FSC-certified paper, sourced from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits.

Reusable Glass Jar
Each candle is poured into a durable glass jar designed to be reused—whether as a new home for pens, plants, or more candles.

We recommend burning your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time, and trimming the wooden wick after each use. With proper care, your candle can burn for 40+ hours. Always keep it in sight, in a safe place, and away from children, pets, and flammable items.

Burn within sight, away from flammable objects, children and pets. Burn on heat-safe surface. Avoid drafts. For best results, burn until wax melts evenly across. Do not exceed 4 hours. Keep wax pool free of debris. Keep wick centered and trim to 2-3 mm each time candle is lit. Stop candle when 1/2” of wax remains. Do not move or touch while hot. Discontinue use if wick moves off-centre.

The burn time on the candle is one of the best I’ve had in a long time! The smell from the start of burning to when you stop burning is just the perfect amount of scent that fills the room without being overpowering! The packaging and the jar is simple but looks beautiful anywhere.

Love the fragrant, but a bit weak

I love the natural, fresh scent of jasmine and grapefruit — it’s perfect for the summer season. The cedar wick burns steadily and beautifully. However, the fragrance is a bit on the lighter side. It smells wonderful when it’s not burning, but once lit, the scent is quite subtle and hard to notice.

Perfect for migraine sufferers!

I am someone who cannot stand strong smells, especially candles due to sensory issues + chronic migraines. I have had no issues with Rocky products in my home, and especially this candle. Its very light and delicate compared to other brands. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful scent

No scent

Unfortunately there was no scent at all when burning, I love Rocky Mountain products but this candle was disappointment

Scent that ACTUALLY fragrances a room

I’m glad I found a natural candle that actually makes a room smell good. The small one is strong but mighty.

The Sunrise candle was purchased as a birthday gift for someone back in Nova Scotia. They LOVED this candle and commented on how nice and original the scent was as they have never smelled a candle like it before. So, needless to say, the Sunrise candle gift was the perfect gift for that special someone back home.

The wood candle wick lights very easily and the scent is so good!

Beautiful subtle scent

The unlit candle has a very beautiful scent. Upon the first burn, the flame nearly went out completely within the first few minutes of burning which unfortunately let off a lot of smoke and that completely masked and overpowered the subtle scent of the candle. Miraculously the flame came back strong and the candle continued to burn properly. When burning it is very subtle. As other reviewers mentioned, it is too subtle of a scent when burning. I don't like candles that have an overpower scent as I tend to sneeze non stop and get headaches with strong scents. However, this is too subtle in my opinion.

Lovely scent but doesn't burn well

This candle has a lovely scent, but the wick didn't burn very well. The flame was always super low. For me it was a candle for scent, not for aesthetics unfortunately. I wont be purchasing again.

I’ve wanted to try this candle so bad and finally I have one. I love scent, looks and of course the ingredients that they use. Just one thing I had to mention is that scent is really frail that I barely sense that it’s on.
