Returns & exchanges

We love what we make and we think you will too. But we get it: every now and then a product just isn’t for you. That’s why we offer worry-free returns and exchanges.

Returns accepted for any reason. We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, a product not suiting your skin, or a defective or damaged item. Products can be new, opened, or used (we hope you had a chance to give it a try).

There is no time limit on returns.

In-store returns

Bring the item to any of our stores for a refund or exchange. No receipt needed.

Online order returns

Contact us through our contact form with your order number and we’ll take it from there. If we need the item sent back, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. You can also return online orders to any of our stores.

Return fees

Returns are free. There are no restocking fees, and we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are usually processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. In-store returns without a receipt are refunded to the original payment method where possible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for orders that arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Have something else in mind? We’re happy to swap your item for another product.

Exceptions

Gift cards and free gifts are not eligible for refunds.

General shipping information

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order once it has been placed. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is scanned by the shipping courier. Please note that there can be a 24-48 hour delay for parcel tracking to activate.

To ensure your order arrives safely, please note that orders exceeding $200 CAD in value will either be delivered to your nearest Post Office, or a signature will be required upon delivery.
