Nothing is better for giving us that glowing countenance than mother natures most nourishing and delicious fruits and vegetables. Freshly squeezed juices retain that amazing ‘just picked’ flavour and are more nourishing than their pasteurized and bottled counterparts. This simple juice recipe is wonderful for the skin. Spinach and parsley are chock full of the vitamins needed to keep skin healthy and bright. Carrots and apples provide a delicious sweetness as well as vitamins such as C and K that contribute to gorgeous and happy complexion.

You will need
4 carrots
1/2 cup of spinach
1/4 cup of parsley
1 apple
